Here i will explain solutions for Possible Spam in email subject.
- Attachment in the mail having unknown file extension.
- Device on which email is configured has virus.
- Internet router not having fixed IP.
Now how to fix it.
- For the 1st problem the solution is simple you just have to confirm that the file extension for example .pdf , .xls , .jpeg etc. are correct sometimes some people have show file extension visible in windows so while typing name of the file they put extra fullstop which creates issues.
- For the 2nd you will have to scan your computer with antivirus or reinstall windows.
- For the 3rd This issues resolves sometime just by restarting the internet router but for permanent solution you will have to ask the service provider to give you fixed IP.
